Fennel comes from Southern Europe, particularly from the Mediterranean. The Romans brought it to Northern Europe while the first European settlers brought it to the United States. It has been grown since time immemorial and used as a condiment and medicine by the Chinese, Indians and Egyptians.
Fennel Essential Oil, or Foeniculum vulgare, extracted by steam distillation of the seeds, is native to the southern part of Europe, particularly the Mediterranean coast, where it grows wild.
It has a strong and characteristic fragrance.

Use: Topical use. Perfume to be diluted in a carrier oil. Max. recommendation: 1% (facial use) and 3% (body use).

Consult your doctor before using during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with any other medical treatments. Some essential oils are sensitive to light, so dont expose skin to the sun after use. Store in a cool (<25ºC), dry place, away from light. Flammable.
