Cardamom Essential Oil, or Elettaria cardamomum seed oil is an essential oil that helps you get in touch with yourself and combat psychological tiredness.
Cardamom is a bush that can grow to heights of up to 4 metres. It has large leaves and yellow flowers. These flowers produce seeds that are collected just before reaching full maturity.
Cardamom is a species, known since ancient times, that was used as a condiment and medicine. The Arabs and Romans used it to treat gastrointestinal problems. Hippocrates recommended it for relieving colds, abdominal pain, spasms, nervous imbalances and insect bites. Chinese Medicine believes that cardamom helps to regenerate the Chi or life force by stimulating the lungs, spleen, heart and nervous system. In Asia, cardamom has been considered a positive stimulant that is particularly recommended for men since as it increases Chi production increasing vital and sexual energy.
At the cosmetic level, it is a refreshing and regenerative toner with purifying and antiseptic activity. It is the perfect ally for activating yourself due to its purifying power.

Usage mode:
Use: Topical use. Perfume to be diluted in a carrier oil. Max. recommendation: 1% (facial use) and 3% (body use).

Consult your doctor before using during pregnancy, breastfeeding or with any other medical treatments. Some essential oils are sensitive to light, so dont expose skin to the sun after use.
