While the original is located at the Adler Planetarium & Astronomy Museum in Chicago, this replica of the Planisferic Astrolabe is made after an Oriental original created in 1647 by Diya´al Din Muhammad in Lahore. The stars and other features of this tool have been updated so that it is functional.
