Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep away from draughts and possible sources of combustion and out of reach of children and pets. Take the candle out of the case before lighting it. Place in a vertical position, on a safe and heat-resistant surface. Let the candle cool and solidify before re-lighting it. Before each use, cut the wick to approx. 0.5 cm./0.2 inch. Stop using a candle when there is only 1cm./0.4 inch. of the wax left. Keep the wax clean from any objects such as matches and wick remains. Don't let a candle burn continuously for more than 1 hour and a half. The use of the candle is entirely your own responsibility. Not following these cautionary measures could cause personal injury or property damage.
