“The Atlantis canaries” is a piece that combines two distinct materials, faience and brass. The canaries are glazed according to the use of the technique of manual painting with airbrush. The gold branches, where they land, are unique, produced according to the process of casting sand mould.
Packaging
The box is made from microcellular cardboard around which is wrapped a paper sleeve which bears an exclusive illustration and a synopsis of the tale "The Canaries of Atlantis". It tells the story of the formation of the Azores, Madeira and the Canary Islands, based on the famous legend of the lost continent – Atlantis. Written in both Portuguese and English.
